Privacy.
This site uses privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to count visits and see which writing is worth continuing — no ads, no cross-site or advertising trackers, and no cookies, so there’s no cookie banner. A random visit ID is kept in your browser’s local storage to recognize return visits; it isn’t tied to your name or email.
What’s collected
Aggregate, non-identifying usage via PostHog: page views, the referring site, approximate location (derived from IP, not stored as a precise address), device type, and clicks on links like “contact”. The site is served from Vercel, whose host also keeps standard server logs (IP, user-agent, request path) for its retention window. None of this identifies you personally, and I don’t sell or share it.
If you email tyrian.horton@gmail.com, I read it. Replies are stored in my inbox until I delete them. I don’t add addresses to mailing lists, and there are no mailing lists to be added to.
Third parties
Analytics is processed by PostHog as a data processor. The site also links to LinkedIn, X, and the Apple App Store. Those pages are governed by their own policies.
Changes
If what’s collected changes, I’ll update this page to say so.
